Steps to Ensure before sending emails with your email account

After signing up with our email marketing service and inserting your email address your email campaigns will be sending from ensure that if you have an SPF record for your domain on its DNS that the SPF record has the following added:

+include: em.hkdns.co.za

The above needs to be added to your SPF record.

Retry sending your email campaign or test email and it should work perfectly.
